14/10/08 - We've just finished photographing and listing our new range of Acholi beads, we've got some really pretty colours in this time. We particularly like all the aubergines and egg plant shades that seem to be everywhere in the shops right now from clothes through to home decoration...

2/09/08 - It's been a good day here at the bead shop, our shippment of Bali beads which had been held up in customs for the last few weeks finally arrived and we also received our latest shippment of pearls from China which is good news for all of our customers who have been waiting for them as well!

30/08/08 - Our new range of buttons has just arrived and we're currently busy dreaming up some fun button earrings for you all to make....

10/08/08 - Phew, we've finally moved into our new shop and things are looking great. Its wonderful to have so much extra space to display the beautiful beads. There's even space for a 8 seater beading table to teach workshops at, when it's not being used for workshops you're welcome to come along and make jewellery at the table.

12/06/08 - Right now we're busy preparing for the Newmarket Bead Show on Sunday 22nd June, we'ver ordered lots of special beads and findings for the show which we'll be listing on the site shortly.

09/05/08 - Our new Czech glass beads arrived yesterday, everyones' been pouring over the packages and picked out their favourites already. Next week we'll be trying out some new designs with the pretty curved leaves and the new teal bell flowers....

01/05/08 - We've been shopping! Never ones to resist the temptation of new beads we've been busily adding to our collection with a tempting array of new beads including the new photobeads, rose quartz and turquoise hearts, new lampwork and Czech beads which will all be in stock shortly!

15/04/08 - Our Art Clay Silver Workshop in June is now fully booked, however we do still have places available for our workshop on Saturday 9th August.

12/04/08 - Sadly the global credit crunch and poor returns on the world's stock markets have meant that international investors have been pouring money into precious metals. As a result wholesale silver and gold prices have seen very sharp rises over the last few months - as much as 30%. We've done our best to shield our customers from these price fluctuations, but the increase in our costs has now become so marked that we've had to raise some of our silver prices. Hopefully prices will return to normal levels later in the year and we'll be able to pass any price drops on to you, in the mean time we're grateful for your understanding and continued custom.

10/04/08 - We've all been excitedly unwrapping our latest delivery from Swarovski, the new Mocca colour is just stunning, we tried mixing it with some of our pastel coloured freshwater pearls and it looks amazing!

5/04/08 - We're loving this seasons romantic and ladylike trends and have just updated our colour trends to reflect the new black and white fashion that you'll be seeing in all the shops this season.

5/03/08 - We're really thrilled to see that Crafts Beautiful have featured our Acholi Beads on page 9 of the April issue of the magazine. They're such pretty beads and they have a really amazing story behind them too!

20/02/08 - Our latest shipment of Murano Glass beads has just arrived and we're loving all the beautiful new spring colours! Tomorrow we'll start photographing the new beads and load them all onto the website...watch this space!

18/02/08 - We've just added a brand new Customer Gallery to the website, so please email us with pictures of your latest creations and we'll put them on the site for everyone to admire!

16/02/08 - We're expecting a new delivery of Acholi beads from Uganda shortly. However supplies will be limited as the arrival of the rains has meant that the new beads are taking much longer to dry than normal.
